Talk to a person
There is one address and a human reads it: hello@zinwave.in. No ticket portal, no chatbot, no queue position.
We are in India (IST), so expect a reply within one working day, and usually sooner. If something is actually broken — you cannot sign in, a payment went wrong, the hunt has not run — say so in the subject line and it jumps the queue.
Zinwave Innovations, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Things you can do without us
- Change what Zinta looks for — the targeting page. Changes apply to the next run.
- Pause the hunt — the plan page. Nothing new arrives and nothing is spent until you start it again.
- Cancel — the plan page. You keep the service until the period you paid for ends.
- Export everything or delete your account — the account page.
The three questions that actually arrive
"Nothing was found this week." That is Zinta refusing rather than padding, and the run notes say why. It usually means your buyers do not publish anything a search can find — which is a real limitation, and the comparison page says who that affects. Write to us and we will look at your targeting with you.
"A company was wrong." Skip it and give the reason. The next hunt reads those reasons as rules, so it should stop happening rather than needing to be corrected every week.
"Can it send the emails?" No, and it will not. That is deliberate — your domain reputation stays yours, and a draft we got wrong never reaches a stranger without you reading it first.
Reporting a security problem
Email hello@zinwave.in with "security" in the subject. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it. We will acknowledge within two working days, we will not take legal action against anyone reporting in good faith, and we will credit you if you would like us to.
If you were contacted by a Zinta customer
The customer chose to email you and sent it themselves — we never send anything. Reply to them to opt out and they are obliged to honour it. If you cannot reach them or want to know what is held about you, write to us and see the privacy policy, which explains who controls what.
Questions about any of this go to hello@zinwave.in and a person answers them.
