Terms

These terms are between you and Zinwave Innovations, Bengaluru, India. Using Zinta means you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you can bind it.

Zinta searches public sources for companies with a recent, published reason to hear from you, and drafts an opening message. That is the whole service.

It does not send anything. No email, no connection request, no message of any kind leaves our systems on your behalf. Every draft is yours to read, change, discard or send from your own mailbox.

We do not promise a number of companies, replies, meetings or customers. Your plan buys an allowance and the search that fills it. Some weeks nothing clears the bar, and we will tell you that rather than pad the list — that is the product working, not failing.

Because you are the one who sends, you are the sender in law. That means:

• Complying with the rules where your recipient is — GDPR and PECR in Europe, the UK GDPR, CAN-SPAM in the US, and the equivalent elsewhere.
• Honouring an opt-out immediately and permanently, and adding that company to your exclusion list so Zinta stops surfacing it.
• Being truthful about who you are and what you sell.
• Checking the reason before you use it. Every prospect carries a source link precisely so you can.

You may not use Zinta to contact consumers, to send bulk untargeted mail, to harass anyone, or for anything unlawful. We will close an account doing any of that.

Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your login. One account is for one business; reselling access, or running an agency's clients through a single subscription, needs a different arrangement — write to us and we will sort one out.

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment provider. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are.

Cancel any time from your account and you keep the service until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate part months. If something on our side went badly wrong, tell us — we would rather refund you than argue about it.

On the Connect plan the model runs inside your own AI subscription, so the volume that plan allows is what we meter; what your AI provider charges you is between you and them.

Yours stays yours. We claim no ownership over your targeting, your drafts or the companies Zinta finds for you, and you can export all of it as JSON at any time. How we handle it is in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

We do not offer a formal uptime guarantee at this size, and pretending otherwise would be worth nothing to you. We aim for the service to be there, we fix what breaks, and the free demo degrades to a worked example rather than an error when the model behind it is unavailable.

Zinta is built on a language model, and language models get things wrong. Every prospect carries the source it came from so you can check it in ten seconds. Please do.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

You can close your account whenever you like, from the account page — it deletes your login, your agent and your prospects. We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you notice and a refund for whatever you have paid for and not received.

Indian law governs this agreement, and the courts of Bengaluru have jurisdiction. If a clause turns out to be unenforceable the rest still stands. We may update these terms; if a change matters to you we will email you before it takes effect.
